Fourteen sections of the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power plant are destroyed, emergency services said on June 6, TASS reported.
“14 out of 28 sections of the Kakhovskaya HPP have already collapsed,” the agency’s interlocutor said. At the moment, the collapse of the station, according to the source, continues.
On the night of June 6, as a result of shelling by Kiev regime, the station’s gate valves were damaged. After that, three sections of the HPP collapsed under water pressure.
It should be noted that the head of Novaya Kakhovka Vladimir Leontyev said that it is impossible to repair the plant. It will have to be rebuilt after the victory.
