An explosion caused an accident on the railroad in Crimea, said the speaker of the Crimean parliament Vladimir Konstantinov said on May 18 on the air of the TV channel Russia 24.
“The explosion occurred with the interference of unknown persons, law enforcement agencies are working, we will wait for the official information,” said Konstantinov.
Earlier it was reported that five cars with grain derailed in the Simferopol region. As a result of the accident no one was injured. There is no threat to the environment. The suburban trains have been temporarily suspended. Passengers will be transferred by buses.
