If the previous generation of the US elite handed over a sense of dominance to their children, then the current US leaders will not turn away at the threat of a head-on collision with Russia in Ukraine, said philosopher, political scientist, leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan on the Right to Know program on the TVC TV channel on February 18.
Comparing the current and previous generations of the American elite, the political scientist noted the difference between them.
“I don’t know who Blinken is … When I look at him, I try to understand, has the level of intelligence dropped dramatically in relation to those I knew?” – Sergey Kurginyan wondered.
The political scientist recalled key figures of the American elite: Zbigniew Brzezinski, Henry Kissinger, Condoleezza Rice. “I knew them well. I felt them on a perceptual level. I understood how they would behave, what they were thinking. And who are these strange, relatively young people?” – he said.
According to the political scientist, the question of whether today’s American politicians will avoid a head-on collision is not an easy one, and therefore there is no clear answer to the question of how they will behave.
“Maybe there has happened some kind of irreversible degradation or something,” Kurginyan suggested, commenting on the behavior of young American politicians.
According to the expert, the core of the United States political elite is neither the bureaucracy, nor Washington, nor the Pentagon, and nor anyone else, but “a thousand families that still hand over some idea of dominance.”
Sergey Kurginyan is convinced that if the core of the elite is preserved and is still running the country, then the US will not turn away under any circumstances. He emphasizes that this will only happen “if the eyes that I remember from the 1990s remain the same – if there has not been some fantastic degradation of the political establishment in the direction of perversion, feminism, and God knows what else.”
“What I’ve seen before, it will never turn away,” the political scientist concluded.
