“They have one goal – to disassemble the former Soviet Union and its main part – the Russian Federation. And then maybe they will accept us into the so-called family of civilized nations, but only separately, each part individually. For what purpose? In order to manipulate these parts and put them under their control,“- said Putin.
The thesis about the condition of Russia joining the conditional West “in pieces” has been raised in the expert community for a long time. For example, on February 24, political analyst Sergey Kurginyan, leader of the Essence of Time movement, said on the air of the Zvezda TV channel that the split between the power elites of Russia in the first decade of the 21st century was exactly on the question of how and in what form to enter the West.
“I consider the last years of the first decade of the 21st century to be the approximate dates when this happened, when they said directly and quite firmly: yes, we will introduce, we will take you to the West, you will be part of the Western world, but only in pieces. You split up into certain pieces as you want, you may partially imitate it or do something else, when you fall apart, then we will take you by parts, but not as a whole,” Kurginyan stressed.
According to the expert, there was also a split in the State Security Committee. The split line is conventionally split between the Fifth Directorate of the KGB (counterintelligence service responsible for countering ideological diversions by the enemy – note by Rossa Primavera News Agency) and the Third Directorate (military counterintelligence service – note by Rossa Primavera News Agency).
