Russian National Guard attacks Ukrainian armed units’ positions on right bank of Dnepr river

Artillery crews of the Russian National Guard attack the strongholds of the Kiev regime forces in the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions, the agency’s press service reported on January 16.

“Artillery crews of the Russian National Guard identified and attacked two strongholds and two observation posts of the Ukrainian armed units equipped on the right bank of the Dnepr river,” the report reads.

Over the past week, officers of the agency in cooperation with other military forces identified 10 people who are suspected of complicity with the forces of Kiev regime. Collaborators were found in Kherson and Zaporozhye regions.

According to the Russian National Guard, anti-tank missiles Fagot and Metis, various grenade launchers with munitions, mines SM-30 and MON-50, more than 5 thousand cartridges, grenades and 2 kg of explosives were found.

In the early hours of January 16, Ukrainian armed units launched a missile strike on Makeevka. It is reported that MLRS  missiles were fired at the city.
