Kurginyan: Russians and Belarusians will never be left alone

The heirs of the Third Reich, who are now seeking revenge for the Nazis’ humiliating defeat in WWII, would not have left Russians and Belarusians alone even if Russia had not launched a military operation in Ukraine, said philosopher, analyst, the leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan on November 19 in an interview with BelTA.

The political scientist is convinced that Russia would not be allowed to live its consumer society lifestyle in peace.

“I know for sure: we would have simply die if our country was still tripping and calmly watched the deterioration, and the greater decline of the situation… We would be dying in huge numbers, not some thousands of people, but in many millions. No one would leave Russians or Belarusians alone here,” said the expert.

Kurginyan suggested that the heirs of the Third Reich are currently behind the major players in today’s round of the great global game and it’s them who are seeking revenge on the Russians and Belarusians for the defeat that took place 77 years ago. These successors of the dark tradition cannot forgive “the Ivan with Belarusian, Russian, or an Armenian surname or any other Ivans, for that matter” – the victory in 1945, believes the philosopher.

With the beginning of the special military operation in Ukraine, the country is painfully waking up, not at all the way it should be, and with high costs. But if it was still tripping and remained in the daze much longer, then waking up could have been even more bitter and scary. And then “everything would have passed the critical point and become irreversible”, and in 2032 Russia would no longer be able to gather any mobilization potential.

“No matter how bitter it may be… This is a difficult, painful awakening with huge costs, with awkward movements, with many mistakes, accidents, stumbling and God knows what (it’s time to sober up and take a cold shower, at this point) but it is still an awakening,” believes the political scientist.

And this awakening, according to Kurginyan, showed the degree of vulnerability of the “architecture” that was built in the last 30 years after the collapse of the USSR. And until the catastrophe comes, it’s necessary to cure the “sore spots”, and very gently.

“You can’t use and axe or a saber to operate on such ‘an abscess of much wealth and peace’. A scalpel must be used,” concluded the leader of the Essence of Time.
