A group of the DPR and LPR troops, with fire support of the Russian Armed Forces, liberated Otradovka, Veselaya Dolina, and Zaitsevo in the Donetsk People’s Republic, the DPR Territorial Defense Headquarters wrote on its Telegram channel on October 7.
The Russian Defense Ministry reported taking control of the Zaitsevo village was reported by on October 6. According to the ministry, 120 soldiers of the 58th Motorized Infantry Brigade and 128th Mountain Assault Brigade of the Ukrainian army, as well as three infantry fighting vehicles, were destroyed.
The attacks of the Ukrainian troops were repulsed in all directions.
