A US delegation acknowledged conducting biological research in Ukraine during a meeting of the states parties to the Biological and Toxic Weapons Convention, Commander of the Russian NBC Protection Troops Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov said on September 19.
“The US delegation in Geneva acknowledged biological research in Ukraine on low-income citizens and patients of psychiatric hospitals,” Kirillov said.
Kirillov also said that the US delegation in Geneva recognized the export of biomaterials of Ukrainian citizens and various pathogens.
