The village of Novoluganskoye, located to the north of Gorlovka, is completely blocked, Gorlovka Mayor Ivan Prikhodko wrote on his Telegram channel on July 25.
“Novoluganskoye [in the DPR] is completely blocked. Mopping-up is underway,” Prikhodko wrote.
