The Ukrainian military personnel responsible for the attack on Donetsk with Tochka-U have been identified. The head of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) Denis Pushilin stated this on the air of Russia 24 on March 15.
“Yesterday the data were found out, based on the fact that we had the serial number of the missile, what kind of unit, who the commanders were, who gave the order on the site, whether there was the appropriate coordination, respectively the command … that is, all the names of the guilty are established,” Pushilin said.
On March 14, a Tochka-U tactical missile fired by the Ukrainian army was shot down near the Government House in the center of Donetsk. When the missile’s warhead exploded, 21 people were killed and another 36 were wounded. Pushilin, who arrived at the site of the explosion, stated that the missile was equipped with cluster munitions.
