The United States has two strategies: “new world order” and “new world disorder”, but the ultimate goal is world domination, states political scientist, leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan on July 15 on the Tema program on the Donetsk Union TV channel.
Discussing the US military’s withdrawal from Afghanistan, Kurginyan suggested putting this event into the logic of these world domination concepts.
“The Americans have had two strategies – conservative and liberal. The conservative strategy is the new world order. The new world order means that we enter to all territories, set up garrisons like Ancient Rome did, organize Pax Americana instead of Pax Romana, hold everyone on a leash, intimidate, and impose civilization everywhere under the US mold by using large military forces”, explained the political scientist emphasizing that this is not the prevailing approach in the US elite.
“Already at the end of George W. Bush’s rule, this concept, supported by Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, and other neoconservatives, failed. It was replaced by the concept of the new world disorder. Not New World Order, but New World Disorder. It has become the official term. Stephen Mann and those with him have prevailed”, he explained the situation had led to a change in the strategic concept of the world domination in the United States.
Kurginyan explained that Americans have become accustomed to a well-fed and calm life, they are not ready to sacrifice their comfort in order to ensure the “new world order”.
“This would be a rejection of American prosperity. They have overfed their people. They cannot afford to go away from the concept of a professional army and begin to deploy a two, three or four million army to be garrisoned around the world,” noted he.
The leader of the Essence of Time movement especially emphasized that not one US politician can even think about abandoning the principle of world domination. That means the formula of assuring domination should be changed to the “new world disorder.”
“According to this concept, also known as the concept of controlled chaos, the United States should become Carthage. It must create chaos everywhere but inside itself, and then money would run away from the chaos to the United States, and all other countries will be weakened by this chaos”, explained the political scientist adding that the US withdrawal from Afghanistan is leading exactly the chaos into the region, that is needed for the concept of the “world disorder”.
Of note, almost immediately after his inauguration, US President Joe Biden said that the United States must ensure the withdrawal from Afghanistan by September 2021. The hurried preparation and departure of the 100 thousand contingent from the country quickly led to an intensification of military operations throughout Afghanistan, which was launched by the Taliban movement (organization banned in Russia).

On April 14, US President Joe Biden said about the full withdrawal of the US troops from Afghanistan by the 20th anniversary of the terrorism attack on September 11.
According to him, from May 1, the US military will begin to leave the country without hurry and they have got out of Afghanistan regardless of what the situation will be in it.
The United States has solved the main intention of its invasion – they ensure that Afghanistan will not be used as a military post for attacks on the United States, said Biden.
