Kiev junta commits another war crime: LPR residents wounded

The Kiev junta militants caused another wounding of civilians of the Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR), the press service of the LPR People’s Militia informed on May 22.

According to information provided by the LPR representative Ivan Filonenko, three people were wounded when an unidentified explosive device detonated on the bank of the Seversky Donets River near Slavyanoserbsk village.

“On the bank of the Seversky Donets River near Slavyanoserbsk village, three local residents were injured as a result of an explosive device detonation. According to preliminary data, an explosive device set remotely from the opposite bank of the river from the positions of the 14th Brigade of the Ukrainian army went off,” the representative explained.

According to Filonenko, the wounded persons are being treated in the intensive care department of the Lugansk Republican Clinical Hospital.

The nationwide referendum on self-determination, held on May 11, 2014, approved the decision of the People’s Council on the independence of the LPR from the criminal Kiev regime, adopted on April 27, 2014.
