The main goal is civic service to Russia and Communist ideas as well as to the people who died for these ideas, political scientist and the leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan said on April 22 on the Monologue program on the Solovyov LIVE YouTube channel.
“Stanislavski said that the Moscow Art Theatre was his civic service to Russia. So do I, it is my civic service to Russia, to the dead, to Communist ideas, to the people who died for these ideas and even those who, as my grandfather, were shot. Overall, my goal is to create an egregore,” said Kurginyan.
Kurginyan explained that he sees his mission in creating a real core of people who would be highly efficient, modern, aristocratic, and ascetic at the same time. The political scientist said that the youth, who had come to him, has some problems to overcome.
The leader of the Essence of Time movement stressed that the creation of this core is secondary for him. The foremost goal is to prevent the disintegration of Russia.
“My position will always be dual. I am for everything that helps to save the country, as I see it. And I am against all that increases the risk of disintegration. My position on this is absolute,” said Kurginyan.
