The Ukrainian army does not decrease the intensity of the shelling of front-line towns and villages of DPR, a source in the Donetsk People’s Republic People’s Militia (DPR PM) informed a Rossa Primavera News Agency reporter on March 14th.
At the Gorlovka part of the front, the villages of Zaytsevo and Zheleznaya Balka came under Ukrainian army’s fire.
North of Donetsk, the village of Spartak and the suburbs of Yasinovataya were shelled. West of DPR capital, the villages of Luganskoye, Aleksandrovka, and Trudovskiye came under Ukrainian army’s fire. Gas pipelines in the Petrovsky and Kuybyshevsky districts of Donetsk were damaged as a result of the shelling. House is damaged in Yasinovataya. Power lines, transmitting electric power to the Donetsk water filtration plant, were damaged in the area of the Yasinovataya cemetery. The Ukrainian military utilized heavy artillery, tanks, 120mm and 82mm mortars.
The situation remains tense on the south direction. The Ukrainian army shelled the villages of Naberezhnoye, Sosnovskoye, Oktyabr, Kulikovo, Kominternovo, and Leninskoye in the Novoazovsky district of DPR. The Ukrainian military are provoking trench combat at this part of the front.
During the past day, March 13th, the Ukrainian army shelled the DPR territory 1,700 times. 15 towns and villages of the Republic came under Ukrainian military’s fire. 13 house were damaged. The highest number of the shelling was observed along the Donetsk direction.
