The building is ready for housing residents. It is a nice dwelling, and, I hope, that we will continue such projects and will be able to provide all the willing families with apartments,” Zakharchenko said after examining the apartments.

A five-storey building is situated in Vostochny micro district. 40 apartments, 22 two-room apartments and 18 one-room apartments, are ready for housing people. The building was initially being constructed as a part of the project to create “temporary” housing. The families were supposed to reside here temporarily until their homes destroyed in the combats would be restored.

I talked to my colleagues, and we decided to turn this housing into permanent in response to the request of local authorities,” the Head of the Republic stressed.
