Donetsk will have an avenue in memory of students perished in the Donbass war

The trees will be planted near “Avenue of Angels” dedicated to the children killed during the war. Around 100 people are going to be engaged in the work, including the activists of PO “Young Republic” as well as the friends and relatives of the perished students. A sign with a student’s name and dates of birth and death will be put near each seedling. Among the killed students are those who abandoned their studies and joined the militia to defend their Motherland.

According to the public organization, the avenue will be officially opened on October 29, 2016. On the opening day, a requiem rally is to take place in the Lenin Komsomol Park.
