The punitive forces have violated the ceasefire at the contact line in Donetsk People’s Republic 147 times during the week between October 26 and November 2, according to the information presented by DPR Deputy Defense Minister Eduard Basurin at the Donetsk News Agency’s press center briefing.
“We recorded 147 violations of ceasefire by 120mm and 82mm artillery and mortars. Total, 181 mortar shells and 10 artillery shells of 152mm caliber were fired targeting the Republic’s cities and villages,” Deputy Defense Minister said.
Basurin has also informed about 2 injured civilians who were wounded as a result of shelling of DPR capital’s Kuybyshev district on October 30 and November 1.
“All evidence of the violations had been transferred to the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination, and to OSCE”, Defence Ministry representative stressed.
