Kiev junta’s President Pyotr Poroshenko has congratulated Donetsk residents with City Day on his Facebook page and promised to repair all the damage done to Donbass. The message reads:
I congratulate Donetsk residents with City Day! We will certainly repair the destroyed cities and villages. Donbass is and will be Ukrainian!
At the same time, Kiev junta’s President forgot to promise the citizens of Donetsk People’s Republic to stop shelling their cities and villages and return their social security benefits and pensions which Kiev had officially stopped paying.
