According to the Russian Centre for reconciliation of opposing sides in the Syrian Arab Republic, Russian aircraft delivered 20.5 tons of food products, provided by the United Nations for the Syrian authorities, in the area of Deir ez-Zor using parachute platforms.

As Rossa Primavera News Agency reported earlier, on February 20th, the Russian military has completely cleared Aleppo and its suburbs of the mines and shells.

Recall that Russia regularly helps the citizens of Syria by delivering humanitarian aid to many regions of the country. Information on humanitarian actions is appearing on the web-site of the Ministry of Defense of Russian Federation. Western politicians and mass media are using the humanitarian catastrophe in Syria as a means of exerting pressure on Russia. As it was reported earlier, British Prime Minister Theresa May’s press secretary stated that Russia was impeding the delivery of the humanitarian aid to the residents of the besieged Aleppo by refusing to establish a ceasefire.
