Last night, Kievsky district of Donetsk was violently shelled by the Ukrainian army. Our reporters visited the site of the shelling.
The Ukrainian army shelled with heavy artillery as well as “Grad” and “Uragan” multiple launch rocket systems. 2 schools, No. 19 and 65, 2 kindergartens No. 354 and 204, the district administration building, as well as multiple story buildings on Artema, Gornaya, Mironov streets and Kievsky avenue were damaged. Civilians were injured.
During the past day, February 2nd, 28 towns and villages of Donetsk People’s Republic were shelled. Donetsk, Makeevka, Yasinovataya, the village of Zaytsevo north of Gorlovka, as well as the villages of Leninskoye, Telmanovo, Sakhanka, and Kominternovo in the south of the Republic, were the most heavily shelled.
