Ukrainian court orders to open a case investigating in Zelensky’s possible high treason

30.05.2023, Kiev.

The ruling to oblige the Ukrainian State Bureau of Investigation [GBR] to launch a pre-trial investigation into the possible treason of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky was issued by the Pechersky District Court in Kiev, MP Geo Leros wrote on May 30 on his Telegram channel.

“I recall that the pocket GBR refused to investigate Zelensky’s treason when he appointed FSB [Russian Federal Security Service] agents to key positions in the SBU [Ukrainian Security Service], but we managed to enter information into the Single register of pre-trial investigations and start pre-trial investigations through court’s decision,” the MP said.

He posted a photo of a copy of the ruling of the Kiev Pechersky District Court, with which the court obliges the Ukrainian State Bureau of Investigation to conduct a pre-trial investigation on the claim of Leros. In his message on his Telegram channel, the MP specified that the court obliged to open a criminal case “against Zelensky and Co” under Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (high treason).

According to the MP, Zelensky himself, the head of the presidential office Andriy Yermak, his deputy Roman Mashovets, as well as former SBU Chairman Ivan Bakanov and former Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Ruslan Demchenko are the main figures thanks to whom FSB agents were allegedly assigned to the Ukrainian Security Service.

According to Leros, these appointments led to tens of thousands of Ukrainian deaths. The MP demanded that the traitors be held responsible for grave crimes against the Ukrainian people.
