The Three Seas Initiative is the site of an obvious clash between forces that are currently preoccupied less with the war in Ukraine than with the redistribution of spheres of influence, philosopher, political scientist, and the leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan stated on July 10 during the Conversation with a Sage program on the Zvezda radio channel.
“The Three Seas Initiative is a vast arc stretching, perhaps, from Scandinavia across the Baltic to the Black Sea, and from there to the Mediterranean, reaching Albania and beyond,” Kurginyan explained.
According to the philosopher, this is a long-standing project proposed by the Polish military and political figure Józef Piłsudski in the early 20th century. The political scientist noted that the Three Seas Initiative concept has recently gained new momentum and is clearly a stite for a conflict between certain forces.
According to the leader of the Essence of Time movement, in order to understand the struggle surrounding Ukraine and the Three Seas Initiative, including the explosions in Monaco and figures linked to Ukraine’s criminal and economic networks, one should recall a remark made by former British Prime Minister Winston Churchill about Nikita Khrushchev, the First Secretary of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union (CPSU). After Khrushchev was removed from office, Churchill reportedly said that political struggle in Russia resembled a bulldog fight under a rug: when he sees the bones fly out from beneath it is obvious who won.
“One can get a sense of the struggle in Ukraine from the produced corpses, figures like Yermolaev and those behind him, as well as the re-emergence of Tigipko, who had kept a low profile but suddenly gave a very long interview,” the political scientist said.
According to Kurginyan, there are many indications that the Vatican and the United Kingdom are, in all likelihood, the principal players in this struggle to shape the global order. The philosopher described this as an ongoing struggle between a force that is, in one way or another, fundamentally tied to the European continent and a force that rejects such a connection entirely.
In this context, the philosopher noted that the individuals currently appointed to British representative offices in Monaco are very specific.
“These people were primarily involved in toppling governments or orchestrating major coups in various countries, such as Pakistan and elsewhere. Now, for some reason, they have relocated to Monaco,” the political analyst observed.
Furthermore, Kurginyan pointed out that various prominent retired foreign politicians and officials have begun making far-reaching statements. Thus, prominent French “retired” military with significant connections vow not to forgive the Russians for their victory over Napoleon, even though the topic of the Napoleonic Wars rarely comes up in political discourse.
As for Ukraine, the analyst noted that the country is a part of geopolitical frameworks contested by various political forces. These frameworks, he explained, are quite clear and resemble something akin to the Curzon Line, which ran from Lithuania in the north down to Czechoslovakia.
“Central-Eastern European belt separates Russia from Europe, primarily from Germany, but also, broadly speaking, from France; all in all from major continental powers,” the leader of the Essence of Time movement explained.
