Polish historian and chairman of the Roman Dmowski National Foundation Przemysław Piasta calls for Poland to prepare for a possibile aggression from Ukraine in an article published on June 22 in the weekly Myśl Polska.
“Since, despite our best efforts, Ukraine has chosen to be our enemy, we must prepare for aggression from that country,” the article reads.
According to the historian, after the end of the conflict, the Kiev regime with an army of “dehumanized and demoralized soldiers” will seek a new enemy, which could become Warsaw. And if Poland does not want to become a victim of the Kiev regime, it should consider normalizing relations with Russia.
Piasta noted that the “point of no return” in relations between Warsaw and Moscow has not yet been crossed, although the “stupid and harmful policy of Radosław Sikorski and his predecessors” has seriously worsened them.
Earlier Polish President Karol Nawrocki stripped the head of the Kiev regime Vladimir Zelensky of the Order of the White Eagle – the country’s highest state award. This happened after Zelensky’s decision to give the name of the Heroes of the UPA (organization banned in Russia) to a unit of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
