The super-reactionary Catholicism in the United States is globally underestimated; these elites are designing a world order leaving no room for unity of mankind, the leader of the Essence of Time movement, political scientist and philosopher Sergey Kurginyan said on April 25 on the Right to Know program on TVC.
A key message of the talk show was the idea that the Western ruling elites not only betrayed the ideals of enlightenment, but their mind became deeply de-Christianized. According to the host, the so-called Christianity in the US is “a mixture of destructive cult with show business.”
Speaking about religious movements that became support for “fanatic Trumpism” and largely contributed to US President Donald Trump’s victory at the elections, Sergey Kurginyan noted that such groups as Pentecostals, charismatic pseudo-Christian movements etc. are still active at the forefront. Behind these there are “super-radical Catholics having nothing to do with the Pope.”
Kurginyan stressed that members of these forces are among the top officials of extremely important US agencies such as FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency, a division of US Department of Homeland Security).
“Everyone today underestimates the role of the super-reactionary, literally, Catholicism in the US. What is happening to Opus Dei (a special internal Catholic far-rightist organization – Rossa Primavera News Agency), what is taking place inside it… It is a swirl with far-reaching consequences. It will have nothing to do with Christianity. John Paul II, who worked to destroy the Soviet Union, said that on its ruins we made a civilization of death. I wonder, what does ‘civilization of death’ mean in detail?” Sergey Kurginyan comments.
Fundamental ideas of Christianity are obviously challenged, and it will be a rejection of not only Christianity, but also the entire patriarchal paganism, he stresses.
“The gnostics deny unity of mankind. The gnostic submarine is emerging, for which species Homo sapiens is not uniform. Anything that seeks a different world order will target this Homo sapiens as a problem, and that’s it. They say that it is ‘a dry branch on the tree of evolution.’ No one wants to hear what will follow. We are just in the beginning of something so different from the current mess with all its wars that it is hard to imagine,” the leader of the Essence of Time movement says.
