The power of the master over the slave as a new formula of world domination is attempted by those who stand behind Trump, the leader of the Essence of Time movement, philosopher and political scientist Sergey Kurginyan said on March 6 on the Conversation with a Sage program on Radio Zvezda.
According to him, there are two philosophers whose ideas the global elites are promoting in an attempt to establish a new world order. Those are Alexandre Kojève, a Neo-Hegelian scientist who contributed much to uniting Europe, and existentialist philosopher Martin Heidegger.
“Power, Kojève says (and he is absolutely right), is not when you misbehave in my office and I call for the security. When I tell you, ‘Get out of my office,’ and you get out, this is power. If I have to call for security, I have no power,” Kurginyan explains.
The philosopher refers to the concept of power as Kojève interprets it: “There are four types of power: the power of the God (theocracy), the power of the father (autocracy), the power of the judge (democracy), and the last one, the power of the master over the slave.”
The US elite, on the one hand, is oriented exactly to the fourth form of power according to Kojève, i.e. the power of the master over the slave, because the first three types of power have been discredited, Kurginyan explains.
And when Trumps says, “MAGA-MAGA (Make America Great Again – Rossa Primavera News Agency), his words must be interpreted as nothing more than “a bay leaf for the American smell,” the political scientist explains. Thus, MAGA is a slogan for the conservative America that voted for Trump as a promoter of this idea. But this slogan means nothing to those who stand behind Trump and who brought him to power.
“There is an American farmer or another ordinary person who still believes, who is probably still more passionate, more sincere, and more positive than average Europeans (there are decent Europeans, too, but they are very few as compared to Americans). But they make no difference, they are nothing in this game. Other forces rule,” the political scientist stresses.
Trump declares, “We are stopping all wars,” – and at the same time he wages one war after another. “Those who are more or less close to making decisions there have forgotten the God,” Kurginyan notes. “Trump, of course, is an autocrat. But he is a bandit, and he does not say he establishes rules. He breaks them.”
On the other hand, the global elite relies on Heidegger’s ideas, who said that “metaphysics always remains.” “But the ultimate metaphysics that remains is the metaphysics of mere brutal domination. Metaphysics of power changes all the other kinds of metaphysics,” Kurginyan adds.
According to the political scientist, this is the point of some kind of “convergence between Heidegger and Kojève, who were smart, and their surrogates like some Thiel, Fukuyama (it does not matter whether rightists of leftists repeat it), and the elite that believes in this.”
“A formula of brutal domination is being established in the world: ‘I am the master and you are the slave,’ which addresses not to even a capitalist kind of society of Modernity, but to something much more dangerous,” the leader of the Essence of Time movement concludes.
