A missile strike was delivered against the city of Bryansk, with casualties reported, Bryansk Region’s governor Aleksandr Bogomaz informed on March 10 on his Telegram channel.
“A missile strike has been carried out on the city of Bryansk. Ukrainian neo-Nazis deliberately struck civilians. Unfortunately, there are dead and wounded. Immediate measures are being taken to localize and eliminate the consequences of this inhumane terrorist act,” the governor wrote.
Bogomaz wrote that six civilians were killed as a result of the strike. According to preliminary data, another 37 people were injured; all of them have been taken to the Bryansk Regional Hospital, where they are receiving medical assistance.
In his address to residents, due to heavy smoke from combustion products in the Sovetsky district of the city, the governor urged people to “limit their time outdoors and close windows in their homes.” If necessary, residents were advised to contact the Unified Duty Dispatch Service by calling 112.
