US President Donald Trump is willing to constantly make sensational, unsubstantiated statements because he is confident that serious US experts will not analyze them, and that US citizens simply will not listen to foreign experts, political scientist, philosopher, and the leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan said on January 23 on the Conversation with a Sage program on the Zvezda radio channel.
“The Trump administration is constantly preening itself. Everything is brilliant! Beautiful! Awesome! Superb, unprecedented in history!” the political scientist noted.
And apparently, the US public is ready to listen to this, Kurginyan noted. “The crowd is taking this for granted. He [Trump] is a great expert at making shows for crowd; he’s not interested in anything else,” the philosopher noted.
“They [US citizens] will be fed such an incredible crap all the time. With respect to events in Gaza, in Iran, in Venezuela, and elsewhere,” the political scientist emphasized.
Meanwhile, Trump will claim he is great. After all, he believes that experts will not seriously discuss his statements. “And if they do, the public will not listen. They will silence their own people, and will not listen to others,” Kurginyan explained the US president’s position.
But in Russia, the situation is different, and Trump’s statements and actions need to be discussed. The expert advised to pay attention to the US operation in Venezuela.
Kurginyan recalled that in the aftermath of recent events, there was an interview with one Venezuelan man from President Nicolás Maduro’s security service on some obscure website. He claimed that the US forces allegedly used some kind of non-lethal weapon, which caused incredible pain in the brain and throughout the body, and the Venezuelans collapsed.
“And then, this Venezuelan man says, ‘Never again will I stand against the United States, because they are incredibly powerful,‘” the political scientist notes. However, if you examine the author of this interview, it turns out that the Americans are behind him, as the interviewee is “their lackey, liar, and traitor,” the analyst points out.
The political scientist called this statement an incredibly crude lie. “This is like Goebbels propaganda at its worst. I think Goebbels was more talented and profound,” Kurginyan noted.
The analyst emphasized that, firstly, the effectiveness of non-lethal weapons is exaggerated, and secondly, one can escape them simply by going into a barn, not to mention a solid stone building like the presidential palace.
“This non-lethal weapon cannot have a separate effect on Venezuelans and on Cubans,” Kurginyan pointed out another inconsistency in the disinformation about the powerful non-lethal weapon.
The political scientist noted that the Cubans from Maduro’s security, who died during the US operation were buried openly and solemnly, demonstrating this to the entire world. “And I believe this shows that the Cuban spirit is alive,” Kurginyan emphasized.
This raises the question: what about the dead Venezuelans? “It seems they were not buried. Then, someone somewhere had thouught about it. And now they need to bury some Venezuelans, too,” the political scientist pointed out.
“It is just a farce,” Kurginyan said, describing the situation.
