The current US administration and its lobby intend to create controlled chaos and are ready to completely abandon the principles of the classical world order entirely in order to create a new world order, political scientist, philosopher, and the leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan noted on September 20 on the Right to Know program on the Russian TVC channel.
According to him, the term “deep state,” which, according to US President Donald Trump, truly controls the world, should be understood as certain structures to which the classic concept of ownership, property and identity cannot be applied. They are managed in entirely different way.
Organizations such as BlackRock, Vanguard, and State Street, which control trillions of dollars, have no clear owner. The ownership itself is currently undergoing a transformation, “it is changing at a catastrophic scale and in an absolutely unapparent way,” the political scientist emphasized.
According to him, these organizations “include some small groups of CIA agents, acting as private owners, who keep their ears to the ground, but they’re no longer acting as agencies, they’re not the CIA, they’re something else.”
Therefore, everything that’s happening in global politics now is a kind of show, a screen that hides something entirely different, something “beyond pragmatic.”
“We’re talking about a fundamental restructuring of the entire world, which must go through a period of turmoil. How can one build something without plunging everything into turmoil first? One needs to create this equinoctial storm, controlled chaos, and then cream off whatever one can and present something,” Sergey Kurginyan explained.
