Kurginyan explains why developed countries restrain the development of the periphery

The West fears that if the global periphery develops, it will collapse itself, political scientist, philosopher, and leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan on August 22 on the Conversation with a Sage program on the Zvezda radio channel.

According to the political scientist, development of Egypt, Iraq, Syria, Libya, or Iran does not pose any real danger to Israel. This development, however, is dangerous “for those who, for certain strategic reasons, do not want the periphery to develop,” who want “rapid development to continue  not within the periphery of humanity, but within the golden billion,” Kurginyan emphasized.

“But in any case, the point is that if China and India develop to the point where every Indian and Chinese demands what an American has, for example a cottage, two cars, gasoline, electricity, and so on, then supposedly the world will collapse. But in reality, the world, of course, will not collapse, but the USA will collapse, and the West will collapse,” the political scientist said.

In Kurginyan’s opinion, in order to prevent this from happening, the West restrains the rapidly developing Eastern and Asian periphery, and for this, Islamism is used.

The analyst noted that the Bennigsen family was involved in using Islamism against Russia in the Caucasus, which was its field of expertise within British intelligence. The US elites, meanwhile, are destroying nation states with Islamic characteristics, the political scientist added.

“This is a new policy. <…> This is a transition from a new world order to a new world disorder. <…> The leader, organizer, the intellectual driving force was Steven Mann,” Kurginyan said.

According to him, the new principle of politics is the creation of global chaos: both because it can be directed against developing countries, primarily China, but also India, and because the aim is “to prevent all this from developing on a global scale, to ensure that the majority of the population degrades, that it experiences no progress whatsoever.”

Steven Mann was one of the developers of the theory of controlled chaos in the 1980s at the Santa Fe Institute. The main principle of controlled chaos is the alternation of order and chaos. Certain actions can transfer any political system from a state of order to a state of chaos, and vice versa. When the state changes, the corresponding power structures will also change. As many experts note, this theory became the foundation for the practice of color revolutions.
