National projects should be aimed at achieving technological leadership not by name, but in essence, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a meeting of the Council for Strategic Development and National Projects on June 6.
The President instructed to analyze this work before the preparation of the budget for the next three-year period.
In addition, Putin noted that it is important to focus such projects on strengthening sovereignty on the scale of industries as a whole. Since the President had previously given the relevant instruction, it should be implemented as soon as possible.
