Representatives of the Kiev regime lack political culture, slipping into direct insults, Russian President Vladimir Putin said during an online meeting with members of the Russian government on June 4.
“Apparently, we are dealing with those people who do not have any meaningful competence in anything but elementary political culture,” the president said.
According to him, this is manifested in the statements of representatives of the Kiev regime. The Ukrainian authorities allow themselves insults even to those with whom they are trying to negotiate.
Earlier, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said that further meetings between Russia and Ukraine in Istanbul were meaningless. The Russian Foreign Ministry responded that Kiev has never been interested in its own citizens, so it has little interest in prisoner exchange issues.
