Foreign countries are actively analyzing the Russian experience of special military operation in Ukraine, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a meeting of the commission on military-technical cooperation on May 23.
“It is logical that our experience of conducting a special military operation both in terms of changing tactics and technical improvement of weapons is being scrutinized,” he said.
The head of state stressed that not only the military, but also defense industry experts from foreign countries are interested. Foreign politicians are also taking this experience into account.
