The village of Elizavetovka in the Donetsk People’s Republic has been liberated by units of the Russian Armed Forces’ Center grouping, the Russian Defense Ministry reported on April 13.
According to the ministry, the Center forces captured Elizavetovka on the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic in the course of active combat operations. The defense summary specifies: “As a result of active and decisive actions, units of the Center group of troops liberated the settlement of Elizavetovka in the Donetsk People’s Republic.”
In addition to the liberated settlement, the Russian military struck units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the settlements of Novoekonomicheskoe, Zverevo, Kotlino, Udachnoye, Alekseevka, Novopavlovka, Krasnoarmeysk, Novosergeyevka, Mirolyubovka and Preobrazhenka. Units of four mechanized brigades, an assault brigade, a jaeger brigade, a marine brigade, an assault regiment, an unmanned systems brigade, and three formations of the Ukrainian National Guard were hit.
Total enemy losses amounted to more than 435 soldiers, two Kozak armored vehicles, seven pickup trucks and eight artillery pieces, including a US-made Paladin 155-millimeter self-propelled launcher.
