The Christian Zionists in power in the United States are interested in Armageddon, not just in fundamental changes in the Middle East, political scientist, analyst and leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan said on February 21 said on the Conversation with a Sage program on the Zvezda radio channel.
According to the political scientist, Donald Trump, who has become president of the United States, is the executor of the will of the ruling class of this country and will pursue an appropriate policy not only with regard to the Ukrainian conflict, but also with regard to the conflicts in the Middle East.
“We understand what is going to happen there. The creation of the so-called Greater Israel is on the agenda,” Kurginyan noted. He specified that this project involves American Christian Zionists, on the one hand, and on the other hand, those who care what happens to the Middle East – Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan and other countries.
Meanwhile, the Christian Zionists will not be able to agree on anything with Saudi Arabia because neither Saudi Arabia, Egypt nor Jordan will allow expelling Palestinians from the Gaza Strip.
“Well, I am not going to discuss this in terms of justice, the grief of the Palestinian people and so on. I want to ask, will Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Jordan and all the others agree to this? This wonderful idea, what consequences will it have?” Kurginyan posed a question.
According to the political scientist, one should look closely at the specifics of the Christian Zionists, who are “steering” the process within the religious circles in the United States, and pay attention to the details of “where this path leads.”
“But these are not just Christian Zionists, they are dispensationalists. And the dispensationalists, unlike the ordinary Christian Zionists, they think in terms of the end of this mystery. Armageddon, not peace is needed to end it, as a result of which the Earth will be left to the Jews, and UFOs will take Protestants to Heaven,” emphasized Sergey Kurginyan.
Essence of Time’s leader emphasized that the people at the core of Christian Zionism have great capabilities, so their aspirations should be taken seriously.
According to the American dispensationalist beliefs, Israel should be helped because the final battle between good and evil will take place on its territory.
