The Russian Armed Forces liberated the village of Sribnoye in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), the Russian Defense Ministry reported on March 23.
“As a result of active and decisive actions by units of the Group of Forces Tsentr, the village of Sribnoye in the Donetsk People’s Republic was liberated,” the ministry’s statement read.
On February 24, 2022, in response to appeals from the DPR and LPR, Russia launched a military special operation in Donbass to denazify and demilitarize Ukraine.
