No matter how dangerous Mexico and Canada are, US President Donald Trump will have to deal with China and Europe, philosopher, political scientist, and leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan stated on February 7 on the Conversation with a Sage program on the Zvezda radio channel.
The political scientist noted that China is an incredibly polite country. Understanding its power and the fact that this power is based on the inevitability of winning in the global game under conditions of free competition or globalization, China simply advocates for peaceful coexistence, he explained.
Sergey Kurginyan recalled how the Chinese acted during rallies after the US strike on the Chinese embassy in Serbia during the bombings. “Does anyone remember what the rallies were like? No one was going to war then; fundamental interests were not affected. Have you seen these crowds of allegedly ‘peaceful and inoffensive’?!” he asked.
However, after the USA imposed 10% tariffs on Chinese goods “supposedly due to some drug-related issues,” Beijing’s response was more noticeable. China made it clear that such actions might go unpunished with, for example, Venezuela, but not with the leading power of the 21st century. Kurginyan noted that this tone appeared at the moment of peaceful coexistence and only with a 10% tariff. “You won’t achieve anything with 10% tariff,” he explained.
In addition to China, the USA will also seek to dismantle Europe, which needs to be disintegrated and turned into a series of controlled, militarized states that will pay not 5% but at least 15% of their budgets into defense, the philosopher believes. “Can you imagine these states? ‘Alternative for Germany’ is nothing compared to that,” emphasized the leader of the Essence of Time movement.
