In the US, all bets are no longer on President Donald Trump, but on his Vice President JD Vance, who is a creature of billionaire Peter Thiel, said philosopher, political scientist, the leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan on January 24 on the Conversation with a Sage program on the Zvezda radio station.
This is Trump’s last term, and, in essence, the US president has only two years before the midterm elections, when he becomes somewhat of a lame duck, the political scientist noted.
“This means that all bets and deals are focused on Vice President Vance, who should be the main figure for the next term and who embodies the true spirit of Silicon Valley,” the leader of Essence of Time explained.
Vance was a poor guy who graduated from Yale, Kurginyan noted. The political scientist posed a question, who is promoting Vance?
“Who is taking him out of nowhere and promoting him so hardly? He is an absolute puppet of a certain billionaire Thiel, a specific figure, who controls Vance almost to the full extent,” he said.
Thiel is one of the few openly gay people from these circles, Kurginyan also explained. But then comes a problem of how Vance’s candidacy fits in with the traditional values issue, the political scientist noted. Additionally, there is another question: how those “Thiels” are in power in the US?
“Aren’t we exaggerating this craving for traditional values among these elites and especially, pardon me, in Silicon Valley,” the political scientist noted.
