Western countries are sending toxic substances and banned weapons to Kevv for use by the Ukrainian militants, Russian Foreign Ministry envoy for crimes committed by the Kiev regime, Rodion Miroshnik stated, RIA Novosti informed on February 10.
According to Miroshnik, NATO countries are clearing out their arsenals, as anything can be used in Ukraine – including prohibited weapons – since the country is being treated as a disposal site for munitions.
At the same time, Ukrainian forces use these weapons freely, knowing they will face no consequences, the diplomat added.
On January 14, Miroshnik warned that new evidence of toxic substances being used continues to emerge.
Earlier, the Russian Foreign Ministry accused Ukrainian militants of using white phosphorus in combat.
