Details about the terrorist attack that killed the head of the Russian Chemical Defense Forces, Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, and his assistant, the press service of the Investigative Committee of Russia (IC RF) reported on December 18.
The detained on suspicion of committing the crime acted on the instructions of the Ukrainian security services.
According to investigators, he arrived in Moscow, where he received an improvised explosive device. Then, on a mission, he attached the device to an electroscooter and left it at the entrance of the house where General Kirillov lived.
