Russian Armed Forces enter Ukrainian territory from Kursk Region

The Russian Armed Forces entered the border region of Sumy Oblast in Ukraine on December 10, the Ukrainian analytical resource DeepState wrote on its Telegram channel.

According to the channel, Russian forces advanced south from Sudzha in Kursk Region in the vicinity of the village of Plekhovo. Other sources indicate that 3.5 square kilometers have been liberated from Ukrainian militants in Sumy Oblast.

Additionally, analysts confirmed the advance of Russian troops along the Pokrovsk direction in the Donetsk People’s Republic. It is noted that the Russian Armed Forces successfully advanced in the vicinity of the villages of Shevchenko and Novotroitskoye, southwest of Pokrovsk (Krasnoarmeysk), as well as near Grodovka.

Earlier, it was reported that Ukrainian militants had left the village of Shevchenko, located southwest of Krasnoarmeysk. The loss of this village is expected to affect Ukrainian logistics critically.
