Ukraine supports militants from the armed units of the Syrian opposition by supplying them with drones (UAVs), Ibrahim Rezaei, official representative of the National Security and Foreign Policy Commission of the Majlis of the Islamic Republic of Iran, said on December 7, RIA Novosti wrote.
“Terrorists are becoming more equipped compared to the past, among this equipment are drones put at their disposal by the Ukrainian government, and the Ukrainian government should be held responsible in this regard,” the parliamentarian said.
Earlier, the Iranian Foreign Ministry accused Kiev of violating obligations to combat terrorism and called to stop supporting “dangerous” Syrian militants.
