Russian Security Council Secretary Sergey Shoigu: There will be no negotiations with Ukrainian terrorists

10.09.2024, Moscow.

Negotiations with Kiev are impossible until the territory of Kursk region is liberated from Ukrainian terrorists, Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Sergey Shoigu said, Rossiya 24 TV channel reported on September 10.

According to the secretary of the Security Council, Russia has never negotiated with the terrorists and is not going to do so. And until the Kursk region is cleaned up, there is no talk of negotiations.

The desire to carry out nuclear terror against the Kursk nuclear plant is nothing but the upper level of terrorism, I would say,” Shoigu noted. He added that fortunately the terrorists’ intention to seize the Kursk nuclear power plant did not materialize.
