Ukraine cannot defeat Russia on the battlefield, so the Kyiv regime decided to open a “second front” in Africa by abetting terrorism, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on August 7 to RIA Novosti.
Zakharova noted that Ukraine continues to use terrorist methods on Russian territory. In particular, there are acts of sabotage, political assassinations, and regular shelling of civilian objects.
“Unable to defeat Russia on the battlefield, the criminal regime of Zelensky decided to open a ‘second front’ in Africa and abets terrorist groups in states on the continent that are friendly to Moscow,” Zakharova emphasized.
She stated that the Russian Foreign Ministry will continue to draw the international community’s attention to “such openly barbaric behavior of Kiev,” adding that the whole world is beginning to see more clearly the terrorist nature of the Zelensky regime.
