The United States would benefit if a nuclear war between Europe and Russia begins, the leader of the Essence of Time movement, political scientist and analyst Sergey Kurginyan said on April 8 in an interview to Belarusian channel BelTA.
“Is it bad for the United States in any way? It steps asides and waits. Meanwhile, two its ancestral enemies, Russia and Europe, conflict with each other, and a major change of this terrain takes place,” he said.
It would be even better for the USA if China and India also exchange nuclear strikes, Kurginyan added. A series of regional conflicts would lower the potential of the world while raising the potential of the United States provided the latter relatively isolates and rearms, and an agreement is reached among its elite groups.
“It will recover and become the winner in this series of medium to large conflicts. Why cannot we assume that this option has been activated?” Kurginyan noted.
According to him, while implementing this plan the USA will increase its subversive and terrorist activities in order to escalate global destabilization. In this case, it will support Islamists using ISIS (organization banned in Russia) wherever it can, which is ready to claim responsibility for anything.
Also, the USA will use against Russia some far-rightist pseudo-Russian groups such as “Russian Volunteer Corps” (organization banned in Russia), which was involved in the attack against the Belgorod region.
