MI-6 and CIA developed a program to “decolonize Russia” based on migrant uprising

29.03.2024, Moscow.

MI-6 and the CIA developed the program of “decolonization of Russia” with a migrant uprising in the final stage, Vladimir Ovchinsky, a Soviet and Russian criminologist, retired police major general and former head of the Russian Interpol bureau, told Russian Pervy Kanal on March 23.

As an example of the informational war being waged against Russia, the law enforcer said that the organizers of the terrorist attack decided to undermine the faith of Russian citizens in the country’s leadership and law enforcement agencies and spread the idea that “the leadership of the Russian Federation was not protected from the terrorist attack”. The major general noted that this very topic is being actively and purposefully promoted in the social networks of former Russian citizens.

“Second. In mid-2022, the British intelligence agency MI-6 and the CIA developed a program called the Strategy for the Decolonization of Russia. It considers three main things: 1) to oppose young people to the Russian leadership; 2) to reanimate all old, long-standing and new national conflicts; and 3) as a result, to organize a migrant uprising,” Vladimir Ovchinsky concluded.

On March 22, 2024, in the Moscow region Krasnogorsk in Crocus City Hall, a group of terrorists committed a terrorist attack in which 143 people were killed and over 360 injured, according to the latest data.

Earlier, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation officially stated that the investigation has at its disposal confirmed data on the receipt by the perpetrators of the terrorist attack of significant amounts of money and cryptocurrency from Ukraine, which were used in the preparation of the crime. Another suspect involved in the terrorist financing scheme has been identified and detained.
