Germany is actively preparing for war with Russia, so Russia needs to go into a siege fortress mode, according to the report from the theater of war, published in The Essence of Time newspaper, issue 574.
The Financial Times newspaper writes about militarization actions taken by Germany. It is planned to reconstruct and modernize the Holzdorf airbase of the Bundeswehr, located in the east of the country, and turn it into one of the largest strongholds of the West against Russia. 500 million euros have been allocated for the reconstruction of the base.
In addition, NATO’s command center in Ulm, Germany, is developing a plan of action in the event of a conflict with Russia. The plan will be based on lessons learned from NATO’s Steadfast Defender 24 exercise. The head of NATO’s Military Committee Rob Bauer explicitly said that the exercise is about preparing for a conflict with Russia.
“Germany, which by the way is the No. 1 economy in the EU, is actively preparing for war. The strategy of ‘guns versus butter’ only makes sense in the expectation of military defeat and looting of the enemy. That is Russia. This means that Russia needs to go into a siege fortress mode,” The Essence of Time editorial reads.
