A new defense system against drones was presented in Russia, RUPosters reported on February 11.

The portal wrote that the new defense system against UAVs, developed by the Russian company Fly Drone in cooperation with specialists from the Almaz research and production association, includes surveillance equipment, a drone port, and a digital control platform.

The system is capable of recognizing UAVs without identification marks and with the transponder turned off, and is controlled by a single operator who receives information at a single central control center.

The new systems will be used primarily to protect critical infrastructure, airfields, factories, and transportation hubs.

According to the portal, all the technology developed is exclusively domestic.
