Recent personnel decisions in the US White House indicate that former US President Barack Obama decided to take over the Ukrainian project while blaming all the failures on the current US president and his son, according to the report from the theater of war, published in The Essence of Time newspaper, No. 552.
Biden appointed Penny Pritzker as special representative for Ukraine’s reconstruction. She has already said that Ukraine will now have to fulfill specific conditions to receive money from the USA.
Ukraine assessed this step as the final stage of building a full-fledged colonial system of external governance. According to the Telegram channel ZeRada, the Ukrainian elite will not be able to compete with the Pritzker-US Embassy-BlackRock (one of the largest investment companies in the world) nexus.
