Russian National Anti-Terrorist Committee: Ukrainian armed units attack Crimea bridge using unmanned surface vessels

The Crimean bridge was attacked by two Ukrainian surface vehicles on the night of July 17, the press service of the National Anti-Terrorist Committee of Russia (NAC) informed.

The committee stressed that due to this attack, “two adults were killed and one child was injured”.

Specialists qualified the attack as a terrorist act, and a criminal case has been initiated under the relevant article.

“At 3:05 a.m. two Ukrainian unmanned surface vehicles attacked the Crimean bridge. As a result of the terrorist act, the highway component of the Crimean bridge was damaged,” the NAC stated in its press release.

Emergency services and law enforcement agencies are currently working at the scene. They are carrying out the necessary operational and investigative actions.
