Servicemen of the Vostok army group destroyed more than 50 armored vehicles of the Ukrainian armed units in two directions. Lieutenant Colonel Oleg Chekhov, head of the group’s press center, told RIA Novosti on June 9.
According to him, eight tanks, 17 armored vehicles and manpower were destroyed in the South Donetsk direction with the support of aviation and artillery. Four drones were also shot down.
In the Zaporozhye direction, up to 13 tanks, 10 armored vehicles and the enemy’s manpower were destroyed, Chekhov reported. Two Ukrainian armed units’ artillery guns near Stepnogorsk and a mortar crew near Kamenskoye were also destroyed.
